Hello to all TBM Participating & Prospective Vendors,
It’s that time of year again! We are excited to officially launch Tampa Bay Markets’ 16th season and begin accepting Vendor applications for market dates running October 2026 through September 2027.
As a reminder, Tampa Bay Markets operates on an annual season schedule from October through September each year. Returning vendor registration opens between May and June. Once approved in the TBM Organization Annual Application, returning vendors have until July 30th to submit individual market applications for priority consideration for the upcoming season.Â
New and returning vendor individual market applications will continue to be reviewed for booking consideration throughout each season.
All Returning Vendors must first complete the annual Tampa Bay Markets Organization Annual Application for the 2026.2027 season. Â
This application allows vendors to:
• Update Marketspread profiles and contact information
• Refresh product listings and booth photos
• Upload current insurance COI naming TBM as additional insured and any required licensing documentation
• Review updated vendor requirements and policies
A $20 non-refundable annual processing fee is required with the TBM Organization Annual Application and upon approval, provides access to register for participation consideration in TBM-operated markets and events throughout the season.
Before You Apply — Please Gather the Following
Please have updated photos ready for upload, including:
• Current booth setup photos
• Product photos
• Tent/display/signage photos
• Tent weights visible in setup photos
• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Tampa Bay Markets as additionally insured. Your COI should read, Tampa Bay Markets PO Box 340207 Tampa, FL 33694
• Applicable food permits/licenses for food & beverage vendors

đź’ˇ WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER APPLYING
Once your application has been submitted, our team will review it to ensure:
• Licensing and insurance documents are current and valid
• Booth setup and display meet TBM standards
• Product offerings align with market category availability and balance
If any additional information or corrections are needed, you will receive a notification through Marketspread comments.
✅ Once approved, you will receive an official approval letter containing this season’s vendor password, which will provide access to apply for individual markets and events for the upcoming season.

⏳ Apply early — Once approved in the TBM Organization Annual Application, Returning vendors have until
July 30th to submit individual market applications for priority consideration for the upcoming season.
